Copper Jointer:

• Working within the telecommunications industry on Telstra’s copper network
• Cable jointing - Copper IEN and /or CAN
• CPAS basic (incl. sealing)
• Complex cable jointing / rearrangement and cut over work
• Terminate cables
• Knowledge and /or understanding of various relevant Construction and Maintenance activities

Cable Hauler:

As a member of the project team, you will for be responsible Rod and Rope, cable hauling. Work will include completing labour associated with rodding, roping, hauling and proving existing ducts.Construction Induction (White Card), Valid Australian Drivers License, Work Rights in Australia, Completion of the NBN Safety & Awareness Certificate, CPR.

Fiber Splicer:

The role involves splicing as per standards in joints, customers' premises, and exchanges. The role also includes testing according to NBN standards. You will be using the latest fibre equipment, including JDSU OTDRs and FITEL, FUJIKURA fusion splicers.
